The present invention relates to a building wall structure using eco-friendly materials of an apartment complex, comprising: a wall (1), a red clay panel (2), a fixed frame (10), a rotating frame (20), a glass window (30), a storage box (40), an open/close switch (50), a lighting switch (60), a proximity sensor (70), a solenoid (80), a motor (90), an air freshener unit (100), a control part (110), and a lighting (120). Accordingly, the present invention has advantages of being beneficial to the human body by applying the red clay panel (2), which is an eco-friendly material, as a finishing material for the wall (1), being convenient to use since the rotating frame (20) can be opened and closed automatically, being able to keep a pleasant indoor space at all times by supplying air freshener at regular intervals and releasing a scent, being able to use the lighting (120) as a mood light, and greatly improving ventilation performance as an inflow space and an exhaust space are divided by horizontal conversion of the rotating frame (20).
