본 발명은, O-링 수를 감소시킴과 더불어, O-링의 손상을 억제할 수 있는 온·냉수 혼합 수전을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 온·냉수 혼합 수전의 혼합 수전 기구는, 수지제의 케이싱(22)과, 케이싱의 선단부에 형성되는, 온수 공급구와 연통하는 온수 유입구(A)와, 케이싱의 온수 유입구에 설치되는 온수 밸브 시트(22d)와, 하우징(4)에 형성되는, 냉수가 유입되는 냉수 유입구(B)와, 하우징의 냉수 유입구에 설치되는 냉수 밸브 시트(4d)와, 온수 밸브 시트와 냉수 밸브 시트에 접촉하는 밸브체(25a)를 가지며, 온수 유입구와 냉수 유입구의 개도 조정을 행하는, 수지제의 제어 밸브체(25)와, 온수 유입구와 냉수 유입구 사이에 설치되고, 온수 유입구와 냉수 유입구를 구획함과 더불어, 제어 밸브체의 밸브체에 접하는 O-링(24)과, 칸막이벽(4b)에 일단이 접하고, 타단이 제어 밸브체에 접하여 배치되는, 액추에이터(28)를 구비한다.
The present invention provides a cold and hot water mixing valve that can reduce the number of O-ring and suppress the damage of the O-ring. The mixing valve mechanism of the cold and hot water mixing valve is at least equipped with: a casing 22 made of resin; a hot water inlet A formed at the front end portion of the casing 22 and communicated with the hot water supplying port; a hot water valve seat 22d disposed at the hot water inlet A of the casing 22; a cold water inlet B formed at the housing 4 and allowing cold water to flow therein; a cold water valve seat 4d disposed at the cold water inlet B of the housing 22; a control valve body 25 made of resin, which is provided with a valve body 25a abutted against the hot water valve seat 22d and the cold water valve seat 4d and performs an opening degree adjustment of the hot water inlet A and the cold water inlet B; an O-ring 24 which is disposed between the hot water inlet A and the cold water inlet B, separating the hot water inlet A from the cold water inlet B, and contacting the valve body 25a of the control valve body 25; and an actuator 28 whose one end is in contact with a partition wall 4b and the other end is arranged by contacting the control valve body 25.
