The present invention is to lift a high-load ton bag equipped on the arm of an excavator, containing granular fillers such as snow melting agents, and then safely lift the ton bag to a point of discharge, by cutting the lower part of the ton bag so as to load the fillers contained in the ton bag and safely drop it to a point of discharge. The ton bag lifting cutting device for an excavator of the present invention comprises: a hollow frame body having a connecting bracket formed on a clamp formed on the arm of an excavator and having hollow rails formed in an up-and-down direction; a lifting hook part installed on the upper part of the frame body and including a lifting hook for attaching a lifting rope of a ton bag requiring lifting; and an elevating cutting blade part arranged on the lower part of the frame body and cutting the bottom of the ton bag by cutting upwardly into the bottom of the ton bag suspended from the ground by the lifting hook part. The above-mentioned lifting cutting blade includes: a lifting frame installed as a lifting structure on a hollow lifting rail of a frame body; a lifting cylinder that raises and lowers the above-mentioned lifting frame; and a cutting blade mounted on the lifting frame and cutting up and down into a mounting space by the lifting of the lifting frame.
본 발명은 굴삭기의 암대에 장착되어 제설제 등의 입상의 충진물이 수납된 고하중의 톤백을 투하지점으로 거상 인양한 다음, 상기 인양된 톤백의 하부를 절개하여 톤백에 수납된 충진물을 적재함 등의 투하지점으로 안전하게 투하하는 것으로, 본 발명에서는 굴삭기의 암대에 형성된 클램프에 클램핑되는 연결 브라켓이 형성되며, 상하방향으로 중공 레일이 형성된 중공의 프레임 바디와; 상기 프레임 바디의 상부에 설치되어, 거상 인양을 요하는 톤백의 인양로프를 견착하는 인양고리를 포함하는 인양고리부; 및 상기 프레임 바디의 하부에 배치되어 인양고리부에 의해 지면에 이격되게 메달려진 톤백의 바닥에 절개날을 상향 절입하여 톤백의 바닥을 절개하는 승강 절개날부를 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 승강 절개날부는, 프레임 바디의 중공 승강레일에 승강구조로 설치된 승강 프레임과; 상기 승강 프레임을 상하 승강하는 승강 실린더와; 승강 프레임에 장착되어 승강 프레임의 승강에 의해 거치공간에 상하로 절입되는 절개날을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
