Manufacturing Method of Eco-Friendly Concrete Block Comprising Ferronickel Slags and Retaining Wall Block Manufactured Therefrom
Disclosed are a method for manufacturing a block used to construct a retaining wall structure, and an eco-friendly concrete block manufactured thereby. According to an aspect of the present invention, the method comprises the steps of: using cement and aggregate as main materials, wherein the aggregate includes recycled aggregate, and the recycled aggregate having a predetermined particle size is prepared; mixing the prepared cement and aggregate to form a concrete composition, wherein the cement and aggregate are included in a predetermined content and mixed with water; putting the mixed concrete composition into a mold to form the same into a concrete block having a predetermined shape; and curing the formed concrete block to improve strength and prevent cracking. Therefore, the method can increase the resource utilization of industrial waste.
옹벽 구조물을 축조하는데 사용되는 블록의 제조방법 및 이에 따라 제조된 친환경 콘크리트 블록을 개시한다. 본 발명의 일 측면에 의하면, 옹벽을 축조하는데 사용되는 블록을 제조하는 방법으로서, 시멘트 및 골재를 주재료로 하되, 상기 골재로 재생 골재를 포함하며, 상기 재생 골재는 기 설정된 입경으로 준비하는 단계와 상기 준비된 시멘트 및 골재를 혼합하여 콘크리트 조성물을 형성하되, 시멘트와 골재를 기 설정된 함량으로 포함하고 물과 혼합하는 단계와 상기 혼합된 콘크리트 조성물을 성형틀에 투입하여 기 설정된 형태를 갖는 콘크리트 블록으로 성형하는 단계 및 상기 성형된 콘크리트 블록을 양생하여, 강도를 향상하고 균열을 방지하는 단계를 포함하는 친환경 콘크리트 블록의 제조방법을 제공한다.
