The present invention relates to an anti-overheating floor type pedestrian traffic light, which comprises: a case member (110) formed with an open lower surface to be installed to be buried in the floor; an LED board member (130) installed inside the case member (110) to emit red or green light by interworking with a pedestrian traffic light; and a heat dissipation case member (150) installed on one side of the LED board member (130) to emit heat generated from the LED board member (130) to the ground. Accordingly, heat generated by turning on/off an LED can be discharged through the heat dissipation case member made of an aluminum material. Also, a plurality of heat dissipation fins are formed at regular intervals on the heat dissipation case member, such that heat can be emitted through the heat dissipation fins, and heat of the LED can be properly transferred to the heat dissipation case member through an epoxy resin. In addition, the heat transferred to the heat dissipation case is directly emitted to the ground, such that a floor type pedestrian signal light can be always maintained at low temperatures. Accordingly, the floor type pedestrian signal light can be used for a long time, and costs for maintenance of the floor type pedestrian signal light can be reduced.
본 발명은 과열방지 바닥형 보행 신호등에 관한 것으로, 바닥에 매립 가능하게 설치될 수 있도록 저면이 개방되게 형성된 케이스부재(110); 보행신호등과 연동되어 적색 또는 녹색의 빛을 발산시키도록 상기 케이스부재(110)의 내부에 설치되는 엘이디보드부재(130); 상기 엘이디보드부재(130)에서 발생된 열이 지면으로 방출될 수 있도록 상기 엘이디보드부재(130)의 일면에 설치되는 방열케이스부재(150);를 마련하여 엘이디의 점등에 따라 발생되는 열을 알루미늄 재질로 이루어진 방열케이스부재를 통해 배출시킬 수 있고, 방열케이스부재에 일정 간격으로 다수의 방열핀이 형성됨에 따라 방열핀을 통해 열을 방출시킬 수 있으며, 에폭시수지를 통해 엘이디의 열이 방열케이스부재로 양호하게 전달될 수 있고, 방열케이스부재에 전달된 열이 지면으로 곧바로 방출됨에 따라 바닥형 보행 신호등을 항상 저온으로 유지할 수 있으며, 이로 인해 바닥형 보행 신호등을 장기간 사용할 수 있음은 물론 바닥형 보행 신호등의 유지 보수에 따른 비용을 절감할 수 있다는 효과가 얻어진다.
