FLOOR TYPE PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC LIGHT APPARATUS
The present invention relates to a pavement-type pedestrian traffic light apparatus, which is installed on the pavement of a crosswalk and displays a pedestrian signal light. The pavement-type pedestrian traffic light apparatus comprises: a main body part (110) that is made of a light transmitting material and is formed with an inner space (111) open downward; a printed circuit board (120) that is horizontally disposed in the inner space (111) of the main body part (110); an LED device (130) that is mounted on an upper surface of the printed circuit board (120) and emits red and green pedestrian signal lights upward according to driving power; and a waterproof member (140) that is filled and hardened in the inner space (111) and seals the inner space (111) in a watertight manner in which the printed circuit board (120) is disposed. The LED device (130) is formed in a dual in-line package (DIP) type in which a light emission chip (132) is embedded inside a convex lens (131), and a lead electrode (133) applying power to the light emission chip (132) extends downward at a lower part. The lead electrode (133) has an upper part curved to be inclined at a certain angle (θ) based on a vertical shaft line (L1) so that the pedestrian signal light emitted from the light emission chip (132) is emitted upward in a diagonal direction. Accordingly, the present invention can maximize optical visibility.
본 발명의 특징에 따르면, 횡단보도의 바닥에 설치되어 보행신호광을 표시하는 바닥형 보행신호등 장치에 있어서, 광투과성 재질로 이루어지고 하향 개구된 내부공간(111)이 형성된 본체부(110); 상기 본체부(110)의 내부공간(111)에 수평배치되는 인쇄회로기판(120); 상기 인쇄회로기판(120)의 상부면에 장착되어 인가되는 구동전원에 따라 적색 및 녹색의 보행신호광을 상향 발산하는 LED소자(130); 및 상기 내부공간(111)에 충전되어 경화되면서 인쇄회로기판(120)이 배치된 내부공간(111)을 수밀하게 밀폐시키는 방수부재(140);를 포함하고, 상기 LED소자(130)는 볼록렌즈(131)의 내부에 발광칩(132)이 내장되며 하부에는 발광칩(132)에 전원을 인가하는 리드전극(133)이 하향 연장된 DIP(Dual In-Line Package) 타입으로 이루어지고, 상기 리드전극(133)은 수직축선(L1)을 기준으로 상부가 일정각도(θ)로 경사지게 절곡되어 발광칩(132)으로부터 발산된 보행신호광이 사선방향으로 상향 발산하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥형 보행신호등 장치가 제공된다.

The present invention relates to a pavement-type pedestrian traffic light apparatus, which is installed on the pavement of a crosswalk and displays a pedestrian signal light. The pavement-type pedestrian traffic light apparatus comprises: a main body part (110) that is made of a light transmitting material and is formed with an inner space (111) open downward; a printed circuit board (120) that is horizontally disposed in the inner space (111) of the main body part (110); an LED device (130) that is mounted on an upper surface of the printed circuit board (120) and emits red and green pedestrian signal lights upward according to driving power; and a waterproof member (140) that is filled and hardened in the inner space (111) and seals the inner space (111) in a watertight manner in which the printed circuit board (120) is disposed.
