The present invention relates to a low-noise drainage asphalt concrete composition including SBS, which, based on 100 parts by weight of asphalt, contains: 1 to 30 parts by weight of styrene butadiene styrene; 1 to 30 parts by weight of a petroleum resin; 800 to 1,500 parts by weight of aggregate; 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of a performance improver; 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of nanoceramic particles; 0.1 to 2 parts by weight of cellulose fibers; 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a compatibilizer; 1 to 3 parts by weight of a stabilizer; and 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of an anti-stripping agent, and a construction method using the same. The low-noise drainage asphalt concrete composition according to the present invention, specifically the low-noise, drainage asphalt concrete composition comprising SBS, has an effect of not only being durable and not easily subject to plastic deformation, aging and / or peeling, but also being able to easily perform a casting process at low cost, and enabling casting and / or laying at a medium temperature, which is lower than that of general asphalt concrete compositions, etc.
