Angle-adjustable watering apparatus
An angle-adjustable watering apparatus is disclosed. The disclosed angle-adjustable watering apparatus comprises: a female pipe having a female thread formed on the inner circumferential surface thereof and an annular flange provided at the outer end of the female thread; an agricultural waterway-side watering pipe having a first pipe perpendicular to the female pipe; a male pipe inserted into the female pipe, having a male thread formed on the outer circumferential surface thereof to engage with the female thread to be rotatable in the loosening or tightening directions, and having an O-ring installation part provided at the inner end of the male thread at a position corresponding to the annular flange; an agricultural waterway-side watering pipe having a second pipe perpendicular to the male pipe; and a watertight O-ring fixed on the O-ring installation part and being in close contact with the inner circumferential surface of the annular flange through the coupling of the female pipe and the male pipe to ensure watertightness between the female pipe and the male pipe. An expansion part, in which the thread pitch gradually widens, is formed at the inner end of the female thread, and a cutting part is formed in one side segment of the outer end of the male pipe to expose the end of the male thread. During the process of coupling the male thread into the female thread, the end of the male thread scrapes off foreign substances that fit in the female thread groove and pushes and discharges the foreign substances to the expansion part, and the width of the annular flange is greater than the width of the O-ring installation part. Therefore, the angle-adjustable watering apparatus facilitates easy assembly of the two watering pipes and reduces manufacturing costs.
각도조절형 물꼬장치가 개시되어 있다.개시된 본 발명은 내주면에 암나사가 형성되고, 상기 암나사의 외향측 말단에는 환형 플랜지가 마련된 암관; 상기 암관과 직각을 이루는 제1 관으로 이루어진 농수로측 물꼬관; 상기 암관의 내부로 삽관되되 그 외주면에는 상기 암나사와 체결되는 숫나사가 형성되어 풀림 또는 조임방향으로 회전 가능한 상태이며, 상기 숫나사의 내향측 말단부에는 상기 환형 플랜지와 대응되는 위치에 오링 설치부가 마련된 숫관; 상기 숫관과 직각을 이루는 제2 관으로 이루어진 농지측 물꼬관; 및 상기 오링 설치부에 고정 설치된 채, 상기 암관과 숫관의 결합에 의해 상기 환형 플랜지의 내주면에 밀착되면서 암관과 숫관 사이를 수밀하는 수밀오링;을 포함하며, 상기 암나사의 내향측 말단부에는 나선 사이가 점차 벌어지는 확장부가 형성되고, 상기 숫관의 외단부 일측 구간에는 절취부를 형성하여 상기 숫나사의 말단이 노출되도록 함에 따라, 숫나사를 암나사에 체결하는 과정에서 상기 숫나사의 말단에 의해 암나사골에 끼여 있는 이물질을 스크레이핑(scraping)하여 확장부로 밀어서 배출되도록 한 것을 더 포함하고, 상기 환형 플랜지의 폭은 상기 오링 설치부의 폭보다 큰 것을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

An angle-adjustable watering apparatus is disclosed. The disclosed angle-adjustable watering apparatus comprises: a female pipe having a female thread formed on the inner circumferential surface thereof and an annular flange provided at the outer end of the female thread; an agricultural waterway-side watering pipe having a first pipe perpendicular to the female pipe; a male pipe inserted into the female pipe, having a male thread formed on the outer circumferential surface thereof to engage with the female thread to be rotatable in the loosening or tightening directions, and having an O-ring installation part provided at the inner end of the male thread at a position corresponding to the annular flange; an agricultural waterway-side watering pipe having a second pipe perpendicular to the male pipe; and a watertight O-ring fixed on the O-ring installation part and being in close contact with the inner circumferential surface of the annular flange through the coupling of the female pipe and the male pipe to ensure watertightness between the female pipe and the male pipe. An expansion part, in which the thread pitch gradually widens, is formed at the inner end of the female thread, and a cutting part is formed in one side segment of the outer end of the male pipe to expose the end of the male thread. During the process of coupling the male thread into the female thread, the end of the male thread scrapes off foreign substances that fit in the female thread groove and pushes and discharges the foreign substances to the expansion part, and the width of the annular flange is greater than the width of the O-ring installation part. Therefore, the angle-adjustable watering apparatus facilitates easy assembly of the two watering pipes and reduces manufacturing costs.
