The present invention relates to an intelligent floor pedestrian traffic light system including a floor pedestrian traffic light installed on the bottom of a pedestrian crossing light. According to the present invention, provided is an intelligent floor pedestrian traffic light system comprising: floor traffic lights installed near the border of a sidewalk and a roadway on both sides of a crosswalk; a pedestrian detection sensor installed on one or both sides of the crosswalk to detect pedestrians crossing the crosswalk; a pedestrian activation button pressed by the pedestrians; a speaker through which a voice signal is outputted; a traffic signal controller for controlling traffic signals including a pedestrian signal; and an integrated device controller for receiving the pedestrian signal from the traffic signal controller and a pedestrian detection signal from the pedestrian detection sensor, and controlling the floor traffic lights on the basis of the received pedestrian signal and pedestrian detection signal.
