본 발명은 철근 일체화 스마트 정착장치를 이용하여 고강도철근을 사용하는 건축물 형성 시 철근들을 용접 없이 서로 정착 연결하는 것이 가능히여 구조물의 내부에 배근되는 복수개의 철근들을 일체로 결합고정하기 위하여 별도의 용접작업을 진행하지 않고도 일체로 결합고정되는 것이 가능하도록 하며, 고정부재에 의해 상부 클램프유닛과 하부 클램프유닛이 일체로 결합되어짐과 동시에 높이조절부재를 이용하여 상부 클램프 유닛과 하부 클램프 유닛 간의 높이를 조절함에 따라 복수개의 철근에 대한 배근구조에 대응하는 것이 가능하여 기존 공법에서 개량되어 신속하게 시공이 가능하도록 하며, 고정력을 높일 수 있는 철근 배치구조 조정이 가능한 철근 일체화 스마트 정착장치를 이용한 무용접 철근 정착방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
The present invention configures a rebar anchoring device capable of integrally coupling and fixing a plurality of rebars arranged inside a structure without separate welding work for integral coupling and fixing, wherein an upper clamp unit and a lower clamp unit are integrally coupled by a fixing member and, at the same time, the height between the upper clamp unit and the lower clamp unit is adjusted by a height control member, so as to correspond to an arrangement structure of a plurality of rebars for easy construction. In addition, by coupling and fixing rebars using the single standardized rebar anchoring device, construction cost can be reduced.
