REBAR FIXING UNIT FOR A REINFORCED HEAD AND HEAD REINFORCEMENT METHOD OF USING THIS REBAR FIXING UNIT
The present invention relates to a unit which is used to fix a main reinforcing bar in an apparatus for reinforcing a head part of a steel pile and a head part reinforcement method using the unit. A reinforcing bar fixing unit is bent in a ㄹ-shaped structure in a lateral direction and includes a first horizontal piece, a first vertical piece, a second horizontal piece, a second vertical piece, and a third horizontal piece from the top. The first horizontal piece and the second horizontal piece form an insertion hole through which the main reinforcing bar passes. The sum of the lengths of the first and second vertical pieces is greater than an anchorage length of the main reinforcing bar according to the filling of the inside of the head part reinforcement and is less than the installation depth of a bottom plate for the head part reinforcement. The length of the first vertical piece is formed longer than the length of the second vertical piece. The reinforcing bar fixing unit includes a fastening means fastened to an upper end of the steel pile. The reinforcing bar fixing unit is fastened so that the first vertical piece is in contact with an upper inner side of the steel pile. The main reinforcing bar is inserted into each insertion hole of the reinforcing bar fixing unit, wherein an end of the main reinforcing bar is seated on the third horizontal piece. Accordingly, the arrangement and depth of the main reinforcing bar are fixed by means of the reinforcing bar fixing unit installed on the steel pile.
본 발명은 강관파일의 두부보강용 장치에서 주철근을 고정하는 유니트와 이 유니트를 이용한 두부보강 방법에 관한 것으로, 철근고정유니트는 측면 상 리을('ㄹ')자 구조로 절곡되어 위에서부터 제1가로편, 제1세로편, 제2가로편, 제2세로편, 제3가로편을 이루며, 제1가로편과 제2가로편은 주철근이 관통하는 끼움구멍을 형성하고, 제1세로편과 제2세로편의 길이 합은 두부보강의 속채움에 따른 주철근의 정착길이 이상이면서 두부보강용 바닥판의 설치깊이 미만이 되도록 형성하되, 제1세로편의 길이는 제2세로편의 길이보다 길게 형성하며, 강관파일 상단에 체결하는 체결수단을 포함하여, 철근고정유니트를 제1세로편이 강관파일 상부 내측에 접하도록 체결하고, 철근고정유니트의 끼움구멍마다 주철근을 삽입하되, 주철근 끝이 제3가로편에 안착하도록 함으로써, 강관파일에 설치된 철근고정유니트로 주철근의 배치와 깊이를 고정해주는 두부보강용 철근고정유니트 및 이 철근고정유니트를 이용한 두부보강 방법에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a unit which is used to fix a main reinforcing bar in an apparatus for reinforcing a head part of a steel pile and a head part reinforcement method using the unit. A reinforcing bar fixing unit is bent in a ㄹ-shaped structure in a lateral direction and includes a first horizontal piece, a first vertical piece, a second horizontal piece, a second vertical piece, and a third horizontal piece from the top. The first horizontal piece and the second horizontal piece form an insertion hole through which the main reinforcing bar passes. Accordingly, the arrangement and depth of the main reinforcing bar are fixed by means of the reinforcing bar fixing unit installed on the steel pile.
