COLD ASPHALT PAVING FILLER COMPOSITION

개시된 내용은, 산업 부산물인 고로슬래그 미분말, 플라이애시, 탈황석고에 이산화탄소 포집물인 탄산칼슘을 주원료로 사용함으로써 친환경적이며 경제적일 뿐만 아니라 기존보다 물성이 개선된 상온 아스팔트 포장용 채움재 조성물에 관한 것이다. 이러한 상온 아스팔트 포장용 채움재 조성물은 고로슬래그 미분말 100중량부, 플라이애시 20~30중량부, 탄산칼슘 10~20중량부, 탈황석고 5~10중량부, 생석회 4~8중량부, 탄산나트륨 4~8중량부 및 염화칼슘 2~4중량부를 포함한다.

Disclosed is a filler composition for asphalt pavement at room temperature, which is not only eco-friendly and economical, but also has improved physical properties compared to the prior art, by using calcium carbonate, which is a carbon dioxide trap, as a main raw material in blast furnace slag fine powder, fly ash, and desulfurized gypsum, which are industrial by-products. The filler composition for asphalt pavement at room temperature comprises 100 parts by weight of blast furnace slag fine powder, 20 to 30 parts by weight of fly ash, 10 to 20 parts by weight of calcium carbonate, 5 to 10 parts by weight of desulfurized gypsum, 4 to 8 parts by weight of quicklime, 4 to 8 parts by weight of sodium carbonate, and 2 to 4 parts by weight of calcium chloride.
