The present invention provides a transparent substrate provided with a thin film multilayer and an insulating glass unit including the same. The thin film multilayer comprises: a non-metallic first dielectric layer; a first protective layer disposed on the non-metallic first dielectric layer; a metal layer disposed on the first protective layer and having an infrared (IR) reflection characteristic; a second protective layer disposed on the metal layer; and a non-metallic second dielectric layer disposed on the second protective layer. The thickness ratio of the non-metal second dielectric layer and the non-metal first dielectric layer is from 2.1: 1 to 4.1: 1.

The present invention provides a transparent substrate provided with a thin film multilayer and an insulating glass unit including the same.
