TRANSPARENT SUBSTRATE WITH A MULTILAYER THIN FILM coating AND MULTYPLE GLAZING UNIT COMPRISING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a transparent substrate with thin film multilayer coating to increase durability while maintaining excellent characteristics such as transmittance and emissivity and a multiple glazing unit including the same. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the transparent substrate with thin film multilayer coating comprises thin film multilayer coating. The thin film multilayer coating includes a lower anti-reflection film, a lower metal protective layer, a metal functional layer having an infrared reflection function, an upper metal protective layer, and an upper anti-reflection film sequentially stacked from the transparent substrate. Each of the upper anti-reflection film and the lower anti-reflection film includes at least one dielectric layer and the upper anti-reflection film includes a silicon nitride-based dielectric layer. The silicon nitride-based dielectric layer is laminated in direct contact with the upper metal protective layer and has a thickness of 30 nm or more, wherein the sum of the thickness of the lower metal protective layer and the thickness of the upper metal protective layer is 0.6 to 2.25 nm and the thickness of the lower metal protective layer is greater than that of the upper metal protective layer.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 박막 다층 코팅이 구비된 투명 기재는, 박막 다층 코팅을 포함하고, 상기 박막 다층 코팅은, 상기 투명 기재로부터 순차적으로 적층된 하부 반사 방지 필름, 하부 금속 보호층, 적외선 반사 기능을 가진 금속 기능층, 상부 금속 보호층, 및 상부 반사 방지 필름을 포함하고, 상기 상부 반사 방지 필름 및 상기 하부 반사 방지 필름 각각은 적어도 하나의 유전체층을 포함하고, 상기 상부 반사 방지 필름은 실리콘 질화물 기반의 유전체층을 포함하고, 상기 실리콘 질화물 기반의 유전체층은 상기 상부 금속 보호층과 직접 접촉하여 적층되며 그 두께는 30nm 이상이고, 상기 하부 금속 보호층의 두께와 상기 상부 금속 보호층의 두께의 합은 0.6nm 내지 2.25nm이고, 상기 하부 금속 보호층의 두께가 상기 상부 금속 보호층의 두께보다 더 두껍다.

The present invention relates to a transparent substrate with thin film multilayer coating to increase durability while maintaining excellent characteristics such as transmittance and emissivity and a multiple glazing unit including the same. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the transparent substrate with thin film multilayer coating comprises thin film multilayer coating. The thin film multilayer coating includes a lower anti-reflection film, a lower metal protective layer, a metal functional layer having an infrared reflection function, an upper metal protective layer, and an upper anti-reflection film sequentially stacked from the transparent substrate. Each of the upper anti-reflection film and the lower anti-reflection film includes at least one dielectric layer and the upper anti-reflection film includes a silicon nitride-based dielectric layer. The silicon nitride-based dielectric layer is laminated in direct contact with the upper metal protective layer and has a thickness of 30 nm or more, wherein the sum of the thickness of the lower metal protective layer and the thickness of the upper metal protective layer is 0.6 to 2.25 nm and the thickness of the lower metal protective layer is greater than that of the upper metal protective layer.
