발명은 석재 등 외장재를 고정하는 고장장치를 지탱하기 위해 건축물 벽면에 삽입 고정하는 앵커볼트(anchor bolt)를 상하 이단으로 배열하되, 건축물 구조에 따라서 선택 가능한 하부 앵커볼트를 구비한 건축물 외장재 고정유닛에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 내진 성능을 구비한 건축물 외장재 고정유닛은 건축물의 콘크르트 구조물에 삽입되는 외장재 고정유닛의 앵커볼트를 삽입 고정형 트윈구조로 채택하여 건축물이 흔들리는 경우에도 진동으로 인해 외장재 받침부를 지탱하는 앵커 헤드가 이탈되지 않도록 하고, 구조물에 삽입되는 하부 앵커볼트도 다양하게 선택할 수 있도록 해서 시공상황에 따른 최적 앵커볼트 선택의 유연성을 확보할 수 있다.
The present invention relates to a building exterior material fixing unit provided with a lower anchor bolt, capable of arranging anchor bolts, which are inserted and fixed in a wall of a building to support a fixing device for fixing an exterior material such as a stone material, on two upper and lower layers, while enabling the anchor bolts to be selected in accordance with a building structure. In accordance with the present invention, the building exterior material fixing unit having seismic performance adopts an anchor bolt of an exterior material fixing unit inserted into a concrete structure of a building as an insertion-fixable twin structure, thereby preventing an anchor head supporting an exterior material support part from departing due to vibrations even when the building is shaking, and also, the building exterior material fixing unit can enable lower anchor bolts inserted in the structure to be variously selected, thereby securing flexibility in the selection of an optimal anchor bolt in accordance with a construction situation.
