본 발명은 철근 콘크리트 건축물의 철골연결 장치에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 구성은, 형틀의 내부에 설치된 후, 형틀의 내부로 콘크리트가 충진되어 양생됨으로써 형성되는 수직골조의 내부에 설치되는 제1 철골 및 제2 철골과, 상기 제1 철골과 제2 철골의 사이에 설치되는 길이조절부와, 상기 제1 철골과 제2 철골의 단부에 설치되는 마감부재와, 형틀의 내부의 콘크리트가 양생되어 수직골조가 형성된 후에, 수직골조로부터 형틀이 제거되고 나면, 수직골조로부터 상기 마감부재를 제거하기 위한 제거툴을 포함하여 이루어진다.
