본 발명은 고강도 시멘트를 이용한 세라믹 롤러 제조방법을 제공하고자 하는 것으로, 본 발명의 구성은 내주면에 원주 방향을 따라 다수개의 바디측 오목홈(122)이 구비된 원통형 세라믹 롤러 바디(120)의 내부에 외주면에 다수개의 코어측 오목홈(142)이 구비된 코어(140)를 배치하고, 상기 세라믹 롤러 바디(120)의 내주면과 상기 코어(140)의 외주면 사이의 스페이스에 시멘트(150)를 충전하여 상기 스페이스와 다수개의 상기 바디측 오목홈(122)과 다수개의 상기 코어측 오목홈(142)에 상기 시멘트(150)가 충전 경화되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
