본 발명은 철골로 건물프레임(100)을 설치하고 상기 철골에 외장벽체(200)를 부착하여 완성되는 건물에 있어서 상기 외장벽체를 시공하기 위해 상기 외장벽체의 뒷면 쪽으로 상하좌우에 설치되어 지지철골(110);과 상기 외장벽체(200)를 상기 지지철골에 고정하기 위한 고정수단(300);을 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 외장벽체의 앞면은 칼라강판(210)으로 형성되어 상기 외장벽체의 시공이 완료되었을 때 상기 건물의 외면이 칼라강판으로 형성되며, 이때, 앞면이 칼라강판으로 형성된 상기 외장벽체를 상기 지지철골에 고정 시에는 상기 고정수단(300)을 통해 고정됨에 따라 칼라강판에는 고정을 위한 절곡부 및 돌출된 구성물이 없이 오로지 칼라강판(210)의 평평한 외면만이 건물의 외면을 형성되는 칼라강판 시공건물 구조가 제공된다.
The present invention relates to a building which is completed after a building frame (100) is installed with a steel frame and an exterior wall body (200) is attached to the steel frame. Provided is a colored steel sheet construction building structure, which comprises: a support steel frame (110) which is installed at the upper, lower, left and right sides towards the rear surface of the exterior wall body to construct the exterior wall body; and a fixing means (300) which is provided to fix the exterior wall body (200) to the support iron frame. The front surface of the exterior wall body is made of a colored steel sheet (210) such that the outer surface of the building is made of the colored steel sheet when the construction of the exterior wall body is completed. When the exterior wall body, with the front surface made of the colored steel sheet, is fixed to the support iron frame, the same is fixed by means of the fixing means (300). Therefore, a bending unit and protruding components for fixing do not exist on the colored steel sheet, and only the flat outer surface of the colored steel sheet (210) constitutes the outer surface of the building. Consequently, constructability can be improved.
