The invention provides a building structure using colored steel plates. In a building completed by installing a building frame (100) with steel beams and attaching an outer wall (200) to the steel beams, the present invention includes: support steel frames (110) installed on the top, bottom, left, and right sides toward the back of the outer wall (200) to install the outer wall; and fixing means (300) for fixing the outer wall (200) to the support steel frames. The front surface of the outer wall is formed of colored steel plates (210), and when the installation of the outer wall is completed, the exterior of the building is formed of the colored steel plates. In this case, the outer wall of which the front surface is formed with the colored steel plate is fixed on the support steel frames through the fixing means (300) such that only the flat outer surface of the colored steel plate (210) forms the outer surface of the building without any curved part and protruding structure for fixation. Therefore, the present invention can prevent water leaks and pollution caused by dust.
본 발명은 철골로 건물프레임(100)을 설치하고 상기 철골에 외장벽체(200)를 부착하여 완성되는 건물에 있어서 상기 외장벽체를 시공하기 위해 상기 외장벽체의 뒷면 쪽으로 상하좌우에 설치되어 지지철골(110);과 상기 외장벽체(200)를 상기 지지철골에 고정하기 위한 고정수단(300);을 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 외장벽체의 앞면은 칼라강판(210)으로 형성되어 상기 외장벽체의 시공이 완료되었을 때 상기 건물의 외면이 칼라강판으로 형성되며, 이때, 앞면이 칼라강판으로 형성된 상기 외장벽체를 상기 지지철골에 고정 시에는 상기 고정수단(300)을 통해 고정됨에 따라 칼라강판에는 고정을 위한 절곡부 및 돌출된 구성물이 없이 오로지 칼라강판(210)의 평평한 외면만이 건물의 외면을 형성되는 칼라강판 시공건물 구조가 제공된다.
