본 발명은 방진체를 이용한 층간소음방지용 바닥구조재에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 슬라부인 바닥층으로부터 상부측으로 흡음재와 상부지지판을 순차적으로 적층하고, 상기 상부지지판의 저면에는 일정간격으로 방진체를 결합하고 방진체가 위치하는 부분의 흡음재에는 관통공을 형성하여 상부지지판에 전달된 진동하중은 방진체를 통해 바닥층으로 전달되도록 하고, 경량소음은 흡음재에서 흡수차단하도록 한 것이다. 특히 상기 상부지지판 저면에는 방진체의 상부를 일부 덮을 수 있는 넓은 폭의 덮개부가 형성되어 넓은 면을 통한 진동하중 전달이 가능하고, 덮개부 중심에 형성된 결합돌기부는 방진체의 결합공에 끼워서 결합되어 설치시 취급을 용이하게 하면서 설치후 방진체의 설치위치 이탈을 방지할 수 있는 등 층간소음 발생을 최소화할 수 있는 바닥구조재에 관한 것이다.
The present invention relates to a floor structure panel for preventing interfloor noise by using vibration proof bodies. More specifically, a sound absorbing material and an upper support plate are sequentially stacked upward from a floor layer as a slab. The vibration proof bodies are coupled to the bottom surface of the upper support plate at regular intervals. The sound absorbing material has through holes formed in portions thereof in which the vibration proof bodies are positioned. Thus, a vibration load transmitted to the upper support plate is transmitted to the floor layer through the vibration proof bodies, and light noise is absorbed and blocked by the sound absorbing material. More particularly, the present invention relates to a floor structure material, which has wide cover portions formed on the bottom surface of the upper support plate to partially cover upper portions of the vibration proof bodies, thereby transmitting a vibration load through wide surfaces thereof, has coupling protrusion portions formed at the centers of the cover portions to be inserted and coupled to the coupling grooves of the vibration proof bodies, thereby being easily handled when installed, preventing separation of the vibration proof bodies from the installation locations, and minimizing interfloor noise.
