The present invention relates to a floor structure for preventing noise between floors using a vibration isolation ball and, more specifically, to a floor structure for preventing noise between floors using a vibration isolation ball, which inserts a vibration isolation ball into a coupling hole formed on a middle plate to fix the vibration isolation ball, and places an upper plate with a cover protrusion coming in surface contact with an upper curved surface of the vibration isolation ball on an upper portion of the fixed vibration isolation ball to concentrate the transfer of a vibration load. Specifically, the upper and lower hemispheres of the vibration isolation ball have different diameters to form a protrusion to easily install the vibration isolation ball on the coupling hole of the middle plate by the protrusion of the vibration isolation ball to shorten assembly time. Also, the middle plate, the upper plate, and the vibration isolation ball inserted between the middle plate and the upper plate are integrated into a single module by a coupling means to improve constructability of the floors of a building. The generated vibration load is concentrated and transferred to the vibration isolation ball to increase vibration absorption efficiency.
본 발명은 방진구를 이용한 층간소음방지용 바닥구조재에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 중간판에 형성된 결합구에 방진구를 끼워서 고정시키고, 고정된 방진구 상부에는 방진구 상부곡면에 면으로 접하는 덮개돌기부가 형성된 상부판을 안치하여 진동하중의 전달이 집중적으로 이루어지도록 한 것이다. 특히 방진구는 상반구와 하반구의 직경을 달리 형성하여 단턱이 형성되게 함으로써 방진구 단턱에 의해 중간판 결합공에 용이하게 안치될 수 있어 조립시간의 단축이 가능하다. 또한 결합수단을 통해 중간판과 상부판 및 중간판과 상부판 사이에 끼워진 방진구를 하나로 모듈화하여 건물바닥의 시공성을 향상시킬 수 있는 등 발생된 진동하중을 방진구로 집중전달시켜 진동흡수효율을 높일 수 있는 층간소음방지용 바닥구조재에 관한 것이다.
