The present invention relates to a binder composition and, more specifically, to a binder composition capable of minimizing the amount of ordinary cement type 1, which is the most widely used in construction work, and solving a volume contraction problem, which is a shortcoming of conventional cement. According to the present invention, a binder composition comprises: 2.5-42.5 parts by weight of ordinary cement type 1 having a specific surface area of 3000 cm^2/g or more; and 20-1000 parts by weight of incineration ash having a specific surface area of 2000 cm^2/g or more and containing 30% or more of calcium oxide and 5% or more of sulfate oxide, with respect to 100 parts by weight of a blast furnace slag micropowder having a specific surface area of 3,500 cm2/g or more.
본 발명은 결합재 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 건설공사에서 가장 널리 사용되는 1종 보통시멘트의 사용량을 최소화할 뿐만 아니라 기존 시멘트의 단점인 체적 수축 문제를 해결할 수 있는 결합재 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 결합재 조성물은 비표면적이 3,500cm/g 이상인 고로슬래그 미분말 100중량부에 대하여, 비표면적이 3,000cm/g 이상인 1종 보통시멘트 2.5~42.5중량부와, 비표면적이 2,000cm/g 이상이며 칼슘 옥사이드(Calcium oxide) 함량이 30% 이상이고 설페이트 옥사이드(Sulfate oxide) 5% 이상인 소각재 20~1,000중량부를 포함한다.
