The present invention relates to a binder composition for concrete, and more specifically, to a binder composition for concrete which does not use normal portland cement at all, to solve problems of depletion of natural resources and energy, and solve problems of environment pollution by emission of carbon dioxide at the same time, as well as reduce production costs. The binder composition for concrete by the present invention comprises 5-1,000 wt% of a micro powder of blast furnace slag, and 5-500 wt% of petroleum cokes combustion materials, which are generated during an inpile devitalization process of a pressurized fluidized bed furnace and has 50-75 wt% content of CaO, with respect to 100 wt% of blast furnace slag cement.
본 발명은 콘크리트용 결합재 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 보통포틀랜드 시멘트를 전혀 사용하지 않기 때문에 생산원가 절감은 물론 천연자원 및 에너지 고갈 문제와 이산화탄소 배출에 의한 환경오염 문제를 동시에 해결할 수 있는 콘크리트용 결합재 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 콘크리트용 결합재 조성물은 고로슬래그시멘트 100중량부에 대하여, 고로슬래그 미분말 5~1,000중량부와, 가압유동층 보일러의 로내 탈활공정 중에 생성되며 CaO함량이 50~75중량%인 석유코크스연소재 5~500중량부를 포함한다.
