MOLD BAR FOR CONSTRUCTING CONCRETE WALL EDGE
The present invention relates to a molding bar for chamfering to diagonally slash the angled edge of an upper wall. The molding bar is easy to install and dismantle and has improved rigidity to allow the edge of a concrete wall to be nicely chamfered without bending or twisting while in use. To achieve this, the molding bar for a concrete wall edge has a fastening part protruding from one upper side of a main body having a slope to allow the molding bar to be easily fixated to the inner side of a form and to reinforce the molding bar in order to prevent the molding bar from bending or twisting.
본 발명은 콘크리트 벽체 시공시 벽체의 상단 각형 모서리를 비스듬하게 깎는 모따기, 즉 면취를 위한 성형바에 관한 것으로서, 특히 시공과 해체가 간편, 용이하게 할 뿐 아니라, 성형바의 강성을 향상시켜 사용중 휘어지거나 틀어지는 현상을 방지함으로서, 콘크리트 벽체의 모서리 면취가 미려하게 시공될 수 있게 한 것이다. 상기 과제를 해결하기 위한 수단으로서 본 발명은 콘크리트 벽체의 모서리 시공용 성형바를 구성함에 있어서, 경사면이 형성된 본체 상단 일측에 결속부를 돌출구성하여 성형바를 거푸집 내측에 고정하고자 할 때 결속부를 통하여 간편하게 고정할 수 있게 될 뿐 아니라 본체 상단에 돌출된 결속부가 보강역할을 하여 휘어지거나 틀어짐을 방지할 수 있게 한 것이다.
