The present invention relates to a concrete wall using a concrete form and a construction method thereof. The concrete wall using a concrete form comprises: a plurality of piles driven into ground where a wall is to be constructed, and separated from each other in a line; a plurality of front concrete plates arranged on one surface of the piles to form the same surface; a plurality of rear concrete plates separated from the front concrete plates, and arranged on another surface of the piles to form the same surface; a plurality of spacer units to fix the front and rear concrete plates to maintain intervals of the front and rear concrete plates; and filling concrete wherein concrete is deposited and filled between the front concrete plates and the rear concrete plates. The spacer unit includes: a coupling hole arranged on each of the front and rear concrete plates; a stud bolt inserted through the coupling hole of the front and rear concrete plates, and provided with male screw thread units on both ends thereof; a tightening nut coupled to one male screw thread unit of the stud bolt to support the front concrete plates; and a tightening nut coupled to the other male screw thread unit of the stud bolt to support the rear concrete plates. According to the present invention, construction stability of a concrete wall can be easily secured, and economic structure installation is possible by reducing temporary installation materials and construction time.
본 발명은 콘크리트 거푸집을 이용한 콘크리트벽체 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 벽체를 시공할 지반에 일렬로 간격을 두고 박힌 다수 개의 파일들; 상기 파일들의 한쪽면에 동일면을 이루도록 배열된 다수 개의 전면측 콘크리트판들; 상기 전면측 콘크리트판들과 간격을 두고 상기 파일들의 다른 한쪽면에 동일면을 이루도록 배열된 다수 개의 후면측 콘크리트판들; 상기 전면측 콘크리트판들과 후면측 콘크리트판들의 간격이 유지되도록 전,후면측 콘크리트판들을 고정하는 다수 개의 간격유지유닛들; 상기 전면측 콘크리트판들과 후면측 콘크리트판들 사이에 콘크리트가 타설되어 채워진 채움콘크리트;를 포함하며, 상기 간격유지유닛은 상기 전,후면측 콘크리트판에 각각 구비된 체결홀과, 상기 전,후면측 콘크리트판의 체결홀에 관통 삽입되며 양단부에 수나사산부가 구비된 스터드볼트와, 상기 스터드볼트의 한쪽 수나사산부에 체결되어 전면측 콘크리트판을 지지하는 조임너트와, 상기 스터드볼트의 다른 한쪽 수나사산부에 체결되어 후면측 콘크리트판을 지지하는 조임너트를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 콘크리트벽체의 시공 안정성을 쉽게 확보할 수 있으며, 가설재료와 시공 시간을 줄여 경제적인 구조물 설치가 가능하다.
The present invention relates to a concrete wall using a concrete form and a construction method thereof. The concrete wall using a concrete form comprises: a plurality of piles driven into ground where a wall is to be constructed, and separated from each other in a line; a plurality of front concrete plates arranged on one surface of the piles to form the same surface; a plurality of rear concrete plates separated from the front concrete plates, and arranged on another surface of the piles to form the same surface; a plurality of spacer units to fix the front and rear concrete plates to maintain intervals of the front and rear concrete plates; and filling concrete wherein concrete is deposited and filled between the front concrete plates and the rear concrete plates. The spacer unit includes: a coupling hole arranged on each of the front and rear concrete plates; a stud bolt inserted through the coupling hole of the front and rear concrete plates, and provided with male screw thread units on both ends thereof; a tightening nut coupled to one male screw thread unit of the stud bolt to support the front concrete plates; and a tightening nut coupled to the other male screw thread unit of the stud bolt to support the rear concrete plates.
