MODIFIED ASPHALT COMPOSITION AND ASPHALT ROADBED FOR RAILWAY
Provided is a modified asphalt composition for a railway and an asphalt roadbed, which is capable of increasing recovery speed and hardness during loading as providing elasticity and temperature sensitivity for asphalt for a railway, and improving resistance with respect to a change in plasticity by minimizing a change of material properties of a binder with respect to the temperature. In addition, as a modified asphalt binder for a railway manufactured through a bonding by a chemical composition of a modifying agent and an additive, the composition is capable of improving adhesive power of an aggregate and water resistance, removing toxic odors, securing stable quality so as to prevent deterioration in quality caused by a modification of asphalt in accordance with the passage of time, and improving workability as considering delivery and storage to a plant construction after manufacturing a binder with a wet method considering workability.
철도용 아스팔트에 탄성과 감온성을 부여하여 하중재하시 회복하는 속도 및 강성을 증진시키고, 온도에 대한 바인더의 물성 변화를 최소화함으로써 소성 변형에 대한 저항성을 향상시킬 수 있고, 또한, 개질재 및 첨가제의 화학적 조성에 의한 결합을 통해 만들어진 철도용 개질 아스팔트 바인더로서, 골재의 접착력 및 수분저항성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 유독성 냄새를 제거할 수 있고, 또한, 시간 경과에 따른 아스팔트의 변형으로 인한 품질이 저해되지 않도록 안정적인 품질을 확보하고, 작업성을 고려하여 습식방식의 바인더 제조 후에 플랜트 현장까지의 운반과 저장을 고려하여 작업성을 향상시킬 수 있는, 철도용 개질 아스팔트 조성물 및 아스팔트 노반이 제공된다.
