JOINT STRUCTURE FOR CORRUGATED STEEL PLATE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
Provided is a coupling structure (A) for a corrugated steel plate comprising: an external corrugated steel plate (110) installed to make a longitudinal section corrugated; an internal corrugated steel plate (120) coupled to the inside of the external corrugated steel plate (110) to make a longitudinal section corrugated and having a shorter bottom than the external corrugated steel plate (110); a stepped part (130) formed in a section between the lower part of the external corrugated steel plate (110) and the lower part of the internal corrugated steel plate (120); a wall (200) formed of a concrete material in which a steel reinforcement assembly (201) is buried and having a protrusion wall (210) formed in the lower section of the internal corrugated steel plate (120) and the inner section of the stepped part (130) and a main wall (220) formed in the lower part of the protrusion wall (210) and the lower part of the external corrugated steel plate (110); and an anchor (300) having one end coupled to the steel reinforcement assembly (201) to be buried in the wall (200) and the other end exposed from the wall (200) to be coupled to the external corrugated steel plate (110). Thus, the present invention has an efficient reinforcement structure with excellent resistance against wind load and earthquake load.
본 발명은 종단면이 파형을 이루도록 설치된 외부 파형강판(110); 종단면이 파형을 이루도록 상기 외부 파형강판(110)의 내부에 결합함과 아울러, 하단이 상기 외부 파형강판(110)에 비해 짧게 형성된 내부 파형강판(120); 상기 외부 파형강판(110)의 하부와 상기 내부 파형강판(120)의 하부 사이 영역에 형성된 단차부(130); 내부에 철근조립체(201)가 매설된 콘크리트 재질에 의해 형성됨과 아울러, 상기 내부 파형강판(120)의 하부 영역 및 상기 단차부(130)의 내측 영역에 형성된 돌출벽체(210)와, 상기 돌출벽체(210)의 하부 및 상기 외부 파형강판(110)의 하부에 형성된 본벽체(220)를 구비한 벽체(200); 일단이 상기 철근조립체(201)에 결합하여 상기 벽체(200)에 매설되고, 타단이 상기 벽체(200)에서 노출되어 상기 외부 파형강판(110)에 결합하는 앵커(300);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파형강판 결합구조물(A)을 제시함으로써, 풍하중 및 지진하중에 대한 저항성능이 우수하면서도 효율적인 보강구조를 얻도록 한다.
