DOOR OPENING/CLOSING APPARATUS BY PUSH OR PULL ON THE HANDLE, AND DOOR USING THEREOF
The present invention relates to a door opening and closing device and a door using the same and, more specifically, to a door opening and closing device which takes a method capable of easily opening a door with only one step in which a user pushes or pulls a doorknob indoors or outdoors by using a traditional method in which the door is opened after the user grasps and turns the doorknob, and there is also a locking device, and a door using the same. Provided is the door opening and closing device comprising: a driving axis which is formed to penetrate the door in a thickness direction of the door and reciprocate in the thickness direction of the door and is formed in a cylinder or faceted cylinder shape; a latch driving unit where in one side is combined to a latch and the other side is combined to the driving axis; a linear latch axis which is formed to be arranged on the other side of the latch driving unit in a transverse direction of the driving axis; and a guide rail which is formed on one side of the driving axis as a diagonal line or arc shape and provides one or more drives between the protrusion and introduction of the latch because the latch axis is placed. Accordingly, the door can be opened with a simple operation of one pushing and pulling step by not holding or grasping and turning the doorknob.
