DOOR OPENING/CLOSING APPARATUS BY PUSH, PULL OR TURNING ON THE HANDLE
The present invention relates to a door opening and closing device having a locking and easily opening a door since a user turns a handle and a user performs a single step of pulling or pushing the handle of the door in the indoor or outdoor side, and a door using the same. The door opening and closing device includes: a driving shaft formed in a cylindrical shape; a horizontal surface of which the surface direction is the longitudinal direction of the driving shaft; at least one inclination surface having the horizontal surface as the inclination direction; and a latch holder sliding on the horizontal surface and the inclination surface with the sliding of the driving shaft and moving in the horizontal direction of the driving shaft. According to the present invention, the door can be easily opened since the user performs a motion of a single step of pulling or pushing the door handle in the indoor or outdoor side. Also, the user can open the door by only turning the door handle.
본 발명은 문 개폐장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 실내측 또는 실외측에서 사용자가 문 손잡이를 밀거나 당기는 1스텝 동작 만으로 문을 쉽게 개방할 수 있는 방식을 취하는 것은 물론, 기존의 돌리는 동작으로도 문을 개방할 수 있고, 잠금장치까지 구비되는 문 개폐장치 및 이를 이용한 문에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 원기둥 형태로 구성되는 구동축; 면방향이 구동축의 종방향인 수평면; 수평면 측을 경사방향으로 하는 적어도 하나의 경사면; 및 구동축의 슬라이딩에 의해 수평면 및 경사면 위를 슬라이딩하며 구동축의 횡방향으로 이동되는 래치홀더;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 문 개폐장치가 제공될 수 있다. 이에 따르면 실내측 또는 실외측에서 사용자가 문 손잡이를 밀거나 당기는 1스텝 동작 만으로 문을 쉽게 개방할 수 있는 방식을 취하는 것은 물론, 기존의 돌리는 동작으로도 문을 개방할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
