ARTH CLOSING MATERIAL, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THEROF AND METHOD FOR USING THE SAME
A method for manufacturing an earth finishing material in accordance with the present invention comprises the steps of: collecting earth and sorting the earth by color; selecting one of the earth sorted by color and crushing the same into a size of 20-30 μm; removing sand and gravel contained in the crushed earth using a screen with 500-700 meshes; removing floating materials in water by soaking the earth, in which the sand and gravel have been removed, in water; making an earth paste by mixing water, a natural adhesive, a coating solution and an additive with the earth in which the floating materials have been removed; drying the earth paste; forming earth powder by grinding the dried earth paste; and sorting out fine earth powder using a screen with 700-2000 meshes. According to the present invention, the construction cost is reduced due to a decreased number of workers as the construction of the earth finishing material is simple and easy. In addition, the present invention is capable of greatly enhancing durability of the coated earth finishing material and improving the expiration date of the earth finishing material by making the earth finishing material in the form of powder.
