A METHOD FOR PRODUCING FIRE-PROOF HEAT INSULATOR, AND THE PRODUCTS THEREOF
The present invention relates to a method for producing a fire retardant insulator, a product thereof and a sandwich panel using the insulator. More specifically, the lightweight insulator which is environmentally-friendly using hemp fiber which is a fire retardant natural material and the sandwich panel using the same are disclosed. The method for producing a fire retardant insulator using a natural material comprises the steps of: enabling 24-60 kg/m^3 of the mixed fiber; injecting or impregnating a fire retardant solution to the mixed fiber; drying the mixed fiber using a microwave or a hot air; and cutting the mixed fiber by a predetermined size.
