The present invention relates to a gang form for the installation of an outer wall of a high-rise building and an apartment house to prevent accidents during a lifting work. To achieve this, a gang form safety device comprises: a fixating body installed on vertical and horizontal members of a gang form; a pair of fixating parts fixated to the top of the fixating body; a bracket connected and fixated to the fixating parts; a rotary shaft installed at the center of the fixating parts; a fixating pin part for rotating the fixating parts and the bracket to fixate the position thereof; a locking cover connector for connecting a locking cover to the fixating pin part for moving the locking cover with the movement of the fixating pin part; and the locking cover connected to the locking cover connector to lock or open a fixating bolt.
