One embodiment of the present invention relates to a gang form safety device, installing a safety device when being manufactured in a factory, so as to reduce transport, installation, and other expenses in comparison with field installation, thereby reducing costs, and completing installation when only two positions of a fixing member are welded on the side surface of a vertical member of a gang form in the installation of the gang form, thereby simplifying the installation. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the gang form safety device comprises: a plurality of horizontal members installed on a steel plate of the gang form at horizontal intervals; a plurality of vertical members installed to intersect the horizontal member at vertical intervals; a towing hook installed in a structure to surround the outer circumferential surface of the vertical member; a ring member with a D shape rotated in an anticlockwise direction by 90° installed adjacent to the towing hook; a leg member with a = shape connected to the ring member; a locking member installed in the = shaped leg member to be able to vertically move; and a spring member installed between the lower part of the = shaped leg member and a fixing member; the fixing member to fix the spring member on a side surface of the vertical member; and a wale horizontally installed to the vertical member. Accordingly, an accident occurring in use of the gang form is able to be prevented by the gang form safety device.
본 발명의 실시례에 따른 갱폼 안전장치에 의하면, 갱폼을 공장에서 제작시 안전장치를 함께 설치하여 현장에서 설치할 때보다 운반비, 설치비, 경비등이 절감되어 원가를 절감할 수 있고, 갱폼에 설치시 상기 갱폼의 수직재 측면에 고정부재를 2개소만 용접하면 설치가 완료되어 설치가 간단하고, 갱폼의 철판 위에 수평간격으로 설치되는 다수의 수평재;와 상기 수평재에 직교하게 수직간격으로 설치되는 다수의 수직재;와 상기 수직재의 외 측면을 감싸는 구조로 설치되는 인양고리;와 상기 인양고리에 인접설치되는 "D자"를 반시계방향으로 90도 회전시킨 형상의 고리부재;와 상기 고리부재에 연결되는 "11자" 형상의 다리부재;와 상기 "11자" 형상의 다리부재에 상,하동할 수 있도록 설치되는 잠금부재;및 상기 "11자" 형상의 다리부재 하부와 고정부재 사이에 설치되는 스프링부재;와 상기 스프링부재를 상기 수직재의 측면에 고정 시키는 상기 고정부재;와 상기 수직재에 수평방향으로 설치되는 웰라;를 포함하는 갱폼 안전장치를 통해 갱폼의 사용중 발생할 수 있는 안전사고를 방지할 수 있도록 하는 것에 있다.
