APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PENETRATING PILE
The present invention relates to a device and a method for press-fitting a pile capable of being utilized instead of a micro pile used for increasing the bearing power of a structure in a narrow area or an area with a height limit and preventing hydraulic jacks from rapidly falling when press-fitting the pile into the ground and the deformation of the pile. The device for press-fitting the pile of the present invention includes multiple anchor bolts of which one end is inserted and mounted inside or around a pile insertion hole formed on a concrete foundation positioned on the ground to insert the pile into the ground; steel rods joined to the other ends of the anchor bolts and including a screw thread on the outer circumference; a pressing plate installed on the upper side of the pile to press-fit the pile to inserted into the pile insertion hole and including multiple through-holes wherein the steel rods penetrates through the through-holes; and multiple hydraulic jacks positioned on the top of the pressing plate corresponding to the positions of the through-holes and moving the pressing plate downward by inserting and fixing the steel rods inside. The hydraulic jack includes a cylinder unit advancing downward when oil is received to press the pressing plate and a wedge unit positioned on the rear end of the cylinder unit, pressing and fixing the steel rod when the cylinder unit advances and releasing the steel rod when the cylinder unit pulls back, and including a screw thread, which is engaged and locked by the screw thread of the steel rod, on a pressing surface.
