APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PENETRATING PILE
The present invention relates to a pile pressing apparatus and a pile pressing method to fixate the pile pressing apparatus to a steel rod mounted on the ground and to move an oil jack forward when a pile is pressed in the ground. According to the present invention, the pile pressing apparatus includes: a plurality of anchor bolts having one end inserted and mounted into the ground around a position where the pile is to be inserted in order to press the pile into the ground; a plurality of steel rods coupled to the other end of the anchor bolt; a repulsive plate having a through-hole into which the rods are inserted to pass through; the oil jack coupled to a lower part of the repulsive plate; a pressing plate coupled to a lower part of the oil jack by pressing an upper end of the pile; and a rod fixture positioned at the through-hole on an upper part of the repulsive plate to allow the rods to be inserted and to selectively fixate the steel rods.
본 발명은 말뚝을 지반에 압입 시공할 때 지반에 정착된 강봉에 말뚝압입장치를 고정하고 오일잭을 전진시켜 말뚝을 지반에 근입하는 말뚝압입장치 및 압입말뚝공법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명의 말뚝압입장치는 말뚝을 지반에 근입하기 위하여 말뚝이 삽입될 위치 주변 지반에 일단이 삽입되어 정착되는 복수의 앵커볼트, 상기 앵커볼트의 타단에 결합되는 강봉, 상기 복수의 강봉이 삽입 관통되는 관통공이 형성된 반력판, 상기 반력판 하부에 결합되는 오일잭, 상기 오일잭 하부에 결합되는 것으로 말뚝 상단을 가압하여 지반에 근입하는 누름판 및 상기 반력판 상부의 관통공 위치에 구비되어 강봉이 내부에 삽입 관통되는 것으로 강봉을 선택적으로 고정하는 강봉고정구로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
