The present invention relates to a potable remote control key assembly for vehicles and, in particular, to a potable remote control key assembly for vehicles, comprising: a lower body wherein the bottom of an electrical component mounting space for allowing an electrical component to be placed is partitioned from the bottom of an emergency key accommodating space for accommodating an emergency key by a first partitioning rib; an upper body wherein the top of the electrical component mounting space is partitioned from the top of the emergency key accommodating space by a second partitioning rib; and a waterproof rubber member placed in the electrical component mounting space, interposed between the lower and upper bodies, and integrated with an inner slip prevention part which is engaged with the outer side of the front end of the first partitioning rib when the lower and upper bodies are joined to the edge. Therefore, the potable remote control key assembly for vehicles has improved sealability.
