ECO-FRIENDLY CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL COMPOSITION AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a composition for an environment-friendly construction material and a manufacturing method of the same. The composition for an environment-friendly construction material of the present invention is obtained by mixing water with a base solution comprising nitric acid and magnesium components, sodium oxide, silicon dioxide, iron oxide, a dispersing agent, magnesium carbonate and potassium methyl siliconate. In this way, by preparing the composition for an environment-friendly construction material which is composed of particles for thermal barriers having a nano-porous structure, the composition can be used as an environment-friendly construction material such as a fire-resistant heat insulating material and a finishing material in a variety of construction fields by being formed in a structure that is harmless to a human body, shows a low thermal conductivity, high heat resistance and a low density structure, and is capable of transformation through change in the state of matter in accordance with the purpose of use, and can be used as a filler that is an industrial material.
친환경 건축소재용 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 친환경 건축소재용 조성물은, 물에, 질산과 마그네슘 성분으로 된 기초액, 산화나트륨, 이산화규소, 산화철, 분산제, 탄산마그네슘, 포타슘 메틸 실리코네이트가 혼합되어 얻어진 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하여, 나노 기공성 구조를 갖는 열 방벽용 입자로 구성된 물질로 친환경 건축소재용 조성물을 마련함으로써, 인체에 무해하고 낮은 열전도율과 높은 열 저항, 낮은 저 밀도 구조 및 사용 목적에 따라 물질의 상태 변화를 통한 변형이 가능한 구조로 마련되어 내화성 단열재, 마감재 등을 비롯한 다양한 분야의 건축소재와 산업용 자재인 충전제로 사용될 수 있는 친환경 건축소재용 조성물 및 이의 제조방법을 제공할 수 있다.
