A eco-friendly composite material for construction and manufacturing method thereof
An eco-friendly composite material composition for construction, according to the present invention, is prepared by mixing cement with eco-friendly materials such as clay, rice straw, starch, quicklime, and waste shells at an appropriate ratio, and thus can exhibit excellent heat resistance, impact resistance, water resistance, and shrink resistance while neutralizing harmful components such as formaldehyde and volatile organic compounds (VOC) and suppressing the release of these components. In addition, the composition can provide users with aesthetic sensibility since unnecessary waste shell components are removed through surface polishing during a processing process. Through this, the composition can be widely used as plastering material, finishing material, repair reinforcement material, and surface coating agent for building material as well as blocks for flooring material, exterior material, and interior material.
본 발명에 따른 친환경 건축용 복합재료 조성물은 시멘트와 함께 점토, 볏짚, 전분, 생석회, 패각 등 친환경적인 재료를 적정 비율로 혼합함으로써 포름알데히드나 휘발성 유기화합물(VOC, Volatile Organic Compound) 등과 같은 유해성분을 중화하여 이러한 성분들의 방출을 억제하면서도 우수한 내열성과 내충격성, 내수성, 내수축성 등을 발현할 수 있다. 또한 상기 조성물은 가공 과정에서 표면 연마를 통해 불필요한 패각 성분을 제거함으로써 사용자에게 심미감을 안겨줄 수 있다. 이를 통해 상기 조성물은 바닥재나 외장재, 내장재용 블록 이외에도 건축재료의 미장재, 마감재, 보수보강재, 표면코팅제 등으로도 폭넓게 사용할 수 있다.
