The present invention relates to a silent heavy grating characterized by including a pair of base frames formed in a drain installed in a road, a housing complex, a parking lot, and the like; multiple drain boards formed in the inner side of the base frames; and fixing means fixing the multiple drain boards. As described above, the silent heavy grating is capable of preventing the grating installed as a drain cover from being dent or damaged by a collision with the drain when a heavy object such as a vehicle and the like running on the grating by improving a structure of joining the fixing means connecting and fixing the multiple drain boards, the base frames, and the drain boards. In addition to this, the present invention obtains an effect of preventing the drain boards from colliding with each other or the collision between the drain and the drain pipes.
본 발명은 무소음 중하중 그레이팅에 관한 것으로서, 도로, 주거단지, 지하철, 주차장 등에 형성된 배수로에 구비되는 한 쌍의 베이스프레임과, 상기 베이스프레임 안쪽으로 구비되는 다수개의 배수판과, 상기 다수개의 배수판을 연결고정하는 고정수단으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상술한 바와 같이 본 발명은 다수개의 배수판을 연결고정하는 고정수단과 베이스프레임과 배수판의 결합하는 구조를 개선함으로써,차량 등의 중량체가 통행시에 배수로 덮개로 설치된 그레이팅 자체가 배수로에 부딪혀 찌그러지거나 파손되는 것을 방지함은 물론, 배수판이 상호 부딪침 또는 배수판과 배수로가 상호 부딪침을 방지하는 효과가 있다.
