HEAVY GRATING OF THE SILENT OVERSPEED PROTECTION
The present invention relates to a heavy load grating installed as a cover of a drainage path crossing a vehicle entry, capable of simultaneously satisfying smooth drainage and passage of a vehicle, easily enduring a load of the vehicle passing by at any time, remarkably reducing noise generated when the vehicle passes over and preventing overspeed of the vehicle. A heavy load grating according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a metal mount frame mounted on an upper edge of a drainage path; a noise prevention rubber mounted on both sides of an upper part of the mount frame and having a cutting groove with a specific depth from an inner surface; and a grating having a body comprising a plurality of drainage holes, a wing unit integrated with the both sides of the body to be inserted into and coupled with the cutting groove, vertical and horizontal frame units integrated with a bottom surface of the body, wherein the body comprises an arch-shaped overspeed prevention curvature unit which upwardly protrudes toward the center from the both sides thereof.
본 발명은 차량 진입로를 가로지르는 배수로의 상부 덮개로써 설치되어 원활한 배수 및 차량의 통행을 동시에 만족시키기 위한 중하중용 그레이팅에 관한 것으로, 특히 수시로 출입하는 차량의 하중을 용이하게 견딜 수 있음은 물론 차량통과시에 발생되는 소음도 대폭 감소시키고 아울러 과속도 방지할 수 있도록 한 무소음 과속방지 중하중 그레이팅에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 배수로의 상부 테두리에 안착되는 금속재 안착틀과; 상기 안착틀의 상부 양측에 각각 안착되고, 내측면으로부터 일정깊이 절개홈이 형성된 소음방지러버와; 다수의 배수공이 구비된 몸체와, 상기 몸체의 양측에 일체로 구비되고 상기 절개홈에 삽입결합되는 날개부와, 상기 몸체의 하부면에 일체로 구비되는 가로 및 세로힘살부로 구성되는 그레이팅;을 포함하여 구성하되, 상기 몸체는 양측에서 중앙으로 갈수록 상향돌출되는 아치형 과속방지곡률부를 구비하여 이루어지는 것이 특징이다.
