BLIND WITH SAFETY DEVICES
Disclosed is a safety device of a blind. According to the present invention, the safety device of a blind comprises: a frame consisting of a transverse bar mounted on a window frame and a bracket formed at both ends of the transverse bar; a roll shaft combined to the bracket of the frame to be rotated, wherein a roll screen is wound around the outer circumference of the roll shaft; a wheel combined with one end of the roll shaft, arranged outside the bracket, and combined with the roll shaft to be rotated, wherein a line is wound around the outer circumference of the wheel; a rotary shaft member having a shaft passing through and combined with the wheel, a supporting wheel formed at one end of the shaft, and a magnetic substance inside the supporting wheel; a finish member combined to be opened and closed by forming a hinge part hinged to the lateral surface of the transverse bar in an upper part, and magnetically fixated to the rotary shaft member to separate the line from the wheel by being opened by a pushing force of the line; and a fixating means including a fitting hole formed in the lower part of the finish member, and a protrusion protruding to the outside of the supporting wheel of the rotary shaft member to be combined with the fitting hole. The present invention has an effect of preventing accidents by making the line slide and escape from the wheel to the outside and push and open the finish member when tension higher than the allowable tension is applied to the line, like in a case when the line of the blind is wound and pulled around a neck of a child.
블라인드의 안전장치가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 블라인드의 안전장치는, 창틀에 장착되는 횡바와 횡바의 양단에 형성된 브라켓으로 구성된 프레임; 상기 프레임의 브라켓에 회전가능하게 결합되며 외주에 롤스크린이 권취된 롤샤프트; 상기 롤샤프트의 일단에 결합되며 상기 브라켓의 외측에 배치되어 롤샤프트에 결합되어 회전되며 외주에 줄이 권취된 휠; 상기 휠에 관통 결합되는 샤프트와 상기 샤프트의 일단에 형성된 지지륜과 상기 지지륜의 내측에 자성체가 형성된 회전축부재; 상기 횡바의 측면에 힌지결합되는 힌지부가 상부에 형성되어 개폐가능하게 결합되며, 상기 회전축부재에 자착 고정되며 줄이 미는힘에 의해 개방되어 줄이 휠로부터 이탈되도록 하는 마감부재; 상기 마감부재의 하부에 형성된 끼움공과 회전축부재의 지지륜의 외부에 돌출 형성되어 상기 끼움공에 결합되는 돌기로 구성된 고정수단;을 포함하여 구성된다. 이에 따르면, 블라인드 줄이 아동의 목에 감기면서 당겨지는 경우와 같이 허용 장력 이상으로 줄에 장력이 가해지면 휠에서 미끄러지면서 마감부재를 밀어 개방시킴과 동시에 휠로부터 분리되어 줄이 외측으로 이탈되도록 하여 사고 위험이 미연에 방지될 수 있는 효과가 있다.
