A cutting apparatus for an inner core of an excavation hole is disclosed. The cutting apparatus for an inner core of an excavation hole, which is a doughnut-type cutting apparatus for an inner core of an excavation hole, comprises: a wire saw machine having a body arranged on the ground and a wire saw extending from the body; and a jig apparatus fixedly arranged along a circumferential surface of the inner core, and guiding the wire saw for the wire saw to proceed in a loop shape while surrounding the inner core along a circumference of a cutting expected depth of the inner core. As the wire saw proceeds, the inner core can be cut in the cutting expected depth.
