TONGS DEVICE FOR AN EXCAVATOR
The present invention relates to a tongs device for an excavator, and more specifically, to a tongs device allowing forks to be in contact with an object to be carried while rotating a rotary grasp part when the object to be carried is grasped, thereby accurately grasping the object to be carried. The tongs device is installed on a boom (10) of the excavator directly or by means of an attachment (14) and has one tongs or two tongs (20) to grasp the object to be carried. The tongs comprises: a reference grasping part (22); the rotary grasp part (24); and a rotary shaft (27). The reference grasp part (22) has one side coupled to one of the boom (10), a bucket (12) and the attachment (14) through a hinge to be rotated in a vertical direction. The rotary grasp part (24) is rotationally installed on the other side of the reference grasp part (22) to be rotated in a horizontal direction and has at least two forks (25) formed on an end thereof. The rotary shaft (27) is inserted in a direction equal to the longitudinal direction of the tongs (20) to connect the reference grasp part (22) and the rotary grasp part (24) and is coupled to allow the rotary grasp part (24) to be rotated with respect to the reference grasp part (22).
본 발명은 굴삭기용 집게장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 운반대상물을 파지하는 경우 회동파지부가 회동되면서 포크가 운반대상물에 모두 접촉되어져 정확하게 파지할 수 있도록 한 굴삭기용 집게장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 구성은, 굴삭기의 붐(10)에 직접 또는 어태치먼트(14)를 매개로 설치되고, 운반대상물을 파지하여 운반하도록 하나 또는 두 개의 집게(20)를 구비하는 굴삭기용 집게장치에 있어서, 상기 집게(20)는, 상기 붐(10)과 버켓(12) 및 어태치먼트(14) 중 어느 하나에 일측이 힌지 결합되어 상하방향으로 회전되는 기준파지부(22)와, 상기 기준파지부(22)의 타측에 수평방향으로 회동되게 설치되고 단부에 2개 이상의 포크(25)가 형성된 회동파지부(24)와, 상기 집게(20)의 길이방향과 동일한 방향으로 끼움 결합되어 기준파지부(22)와 회동파지부(24)를 서로 연결하되 상기 회동파지부(24)가 기준파지부(22)에 대해 회동되게 결합하는 회동축(27)을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
