The present invention relates to multi-purpose tongs for an excavator. One end of the tongs is coupled to a hinge shaft at an excavator arm end and rotates around the hinge shaft. A hydraulic cylinder comprises: a cylinder body coupled to the excavator arm with a hinge shaft parallel to the hinge shaft of the tongs; and a cylinder rod, in a status that one end is coupled to a middle portion of the tongs with the hinge shaft parallel to the hinge shaft of the tongs, rotating the tongs to unfold or fold with respect to the excavator arm as the same moves in and out with respect to the cylinder body. At least one stopper causes the cylinder rod to retract as much as a set stroke. Accordingly, when the tongs are to be rotated to fold against the excavator arm, the stopper contacts the excavator arm before the tongs. As a result, the stopper is mounted on the tongs to maintain a stopped status of the tongs. Provided is the multi-purpose tongs for the excavator, which can prevent the tongs from shaking.
본 발명은 굴착기용 다목적 집게 장치에 관한 것이다. 집게는 한쪽 끝이 굴착기 암 끝의 힌지축으로 결합되어 그 힌지축을 중심으로 회전한다. 유압 실린더는 굴착기 암에 집게의 힌지축과 나란한 힌지축으로 결합되는 실린더 몸체와, 한쪽 끝이 집게의 중간 부위에 집게의 힌지축과 나란한 힌지축으로 결합된 상태로 실린더 몸체에 대해 인출입 동작함에 따라 집게를 굴착기 암에 대해 펼치거나 접도록 회전시키는 실린더 로드를 구비한다. 적어도 1개 이상의 스토퍼는 실린더 로드가 설정 스트로크만큼 인입 동작하여 집게를 굴착기 암에 대해 접도록 회전시키고자 할 때 집게보다 굴착기 암에 먼저 접촉함에 따라 집게를 멈춤 상태로 유지시키도록 집게에 장착된다.
