MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR NON CRAZING HEAT RESISTANT CERAMIC POTTERY AND NON CRAZING HEAT RESISTANT CERAMIC POTTERY THEREBY
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a crack-free heat resistant ceramic pot. The crack-free heat resistant ceramic pot is manufactured by molding an object by a molding method such as a pottery wheel shaping method, a frame molding method, and a casting method by using a heat resistant ceramic composition, firing the molded object, coating the surface of the fired object with a ceramic coating agent, and treating the object with heat. According to the present invention, food dose not stick to the crack-free heat resistant ceramic pot during a cooking process and the crack-free heat resistant ceramic pot can be washed in an easy manner as there is no crack on the surface coating layer of the heat resistant ceramic pot. Pores and surface protrusions are formed on the heat resistant ceramic pot during a manufacturing process. Therefore, an additional sand blast procedure does not need to be performed for ceramic coating. The coating layer is not separated for damaged even after use for a long time as adhesive force between the surface and the coating layer of the heat resistant ceramic pot is excellent.
본 발명은 무균열 내열자기의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 내열소지 조성물을 이용하여 물레성형법, 틀성형법, 이장주입성형법(Casting)등과 같은 성형방법으로 기물을 성형하고, 상기 성형된 기물을 소성하고, 상기 소성된 기물의 표면을 세라믹 코팅제로 코팅하고 열처리하여 무균열 내열자기를 제조한다. 본 발명에 따르면 내열자기의 표면 코팅층에 균열이 없어 조리시에 음식물이 눌러 붙지 않고 세척이 용이하며, 제조과정에서 내열자기에 기공과 표면 요철을 형성하므로 세라믹 코팅을 하기 위해 별도의 샌드 블라스트 작업을 할 필요가 없으며, 내열자기의 표면과 코팅층 사이의 접착력이 우수하여 장기간 사용하여도 코팅층이 탈착되거나 훼손되지 않는다.
