Method for manufacturing heat-resistant pottery pot with ceramic coating layer
Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a heat-resistant pottery pot with a ceramic coating layer, in which a ceramic coating layer can be laminated firmly and reliably. According to the present invention, the method comprises the steps of: using a base composition containing 95 to 105 parts by weight of petalite, 8 to 40 parts by weight of clay, 7 to 20 parts by weight of white clay, 7 to 10 parts by weight of cordierite, and 5 to 8 parts by weight of barium carbonate to mold a ceramic molded body; drying the ceramic molded body formed by the base composition; performing biscuit firing of the dried ceramic molded body; applying a prepared glaze to the surface of the biscuit-fired ceramic molded body; drying the biscuit-fired ceramic molded body; firing the ceramic molded body dried after the glaze is applied to acquire heat-resistant ceramics; washing and drying the heat-resistant ceramics; and coating the surface of the heat-resistant ceramic with ceramic one or more times to form a ceramic coating layer.
