METHOD OF CONTRUCTING WATERPROOF SHEET WITH EXCELLENT PROPERTIES
Disclosed in the present invention is a method for installing a self-adhesive waterproof sheet combined with compressed non-woven fabric and a strip film. The method for installing a self-adhesive waterproof sheet combined with the compressed non-woven fabric and the strip film comprises: a step (S1) of preparing the bottom of a civil engineering structure; a step (S2) of forming a primer layer by coating a primer material including polyamine or polyepoxide substances having affinity to butyl rubber; a step (S3) of attaching a thermoplastic resin film coated with the butyl rubber to the primer layer; and a step (S4) of back filling the structure with soil, rocks, or sands. Therefore, the self-adhesive waterproof sheet prevents crack of a waterproofing layer caused by simultaneous breakage, contacts and is attached to the bottom of the building structure; prevents degradation of constructability in waterproofing construction; prevents sagging of the waterproofing layer; and prevents damage of the waterproofing layer caused by back filling with soil and rocks.
본 발명은 압축부직포와 스트립필름이 결합된 자착식 방수시트의 시공방법을 개시한다. 본 발명에 따르는 압축부직포와 스트립필름이 결합된 자착식 방수시트의 시공방법은 토목건축구조물의 바탕면 정리하는 S1단계와, 부틸고무와 친화성이 있는 폴리아민 또는 폴리에폭사이드 물질을 포함하는 프라이머재료를 도포하여 프라이머층을 형성하는 S2단계와, 상기 부틸고무가 코팅된 열가소성 수지 필름을 상기 프라이머층에 부착하는 S3단계 및 흙, 자갈 또는 모래를 되메우는 S4단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는데, 이에 의할 때 동시파단으로 인한 방수층의 균열을 방지하고, 토목건축구조물의 바탕면과의 밀착성 및 부착성 확보하며, 방수시공시 시공작업성이 저하되는 것을 방지하고, 방수층의 처짐을 아울러 방지하며, 토사 매립에 의한 방수층의 손상을 방지할 수 있다.
