The present invention relates to a waterproof sheet having an excellent radon blocking effect, which comprises: a release film; a coating material layer stacked on the release film; and a transparent film layer stacked on the coating material layer. The coating material layer includes, with respect to 100 parts by weight of aluminum powder obtained by drying aluminum hydroxide, 64 to 100 parts by weight of asphalt; 0.92 to 3.8 parts by weight of styrene butadiene styrene rubber, 30 to 50 parts by weight of a photosensitive resin, 2.4 to 5 parts by weight of a thickening stabilizer, 1.6 to 2 parts by weight of a curing accelerator, 0.3 to 0.44 parts by weight of polypropylene fiber, 0.24 to 0.36 parts by weight of silica metal, 3 to 4.6 parts by weight of dolomite, 70 to 90 parts by weight of calcium carbonate and 70 to 120 parts by weight of a filler.
