NAILING APPARATUS OF PRESSING TYPE
The present invention relates to a pressing type nailing apparatus installed inside a punching hole formed on the ground, comprising: a packer which selectively opens and closes the punching hole; an injection tube which injects a grouting liquid inside the punching hole; a reinforcing member mounted through penetration of the injection tube, wherein a top end is extended to an exterior of the punching hole, a bottom end extended to the bottom end of the punching hole, and which has sufficient strength to resist the stress of the ground; and a leakage prevention cap combined to the top end of the injection tube which prevents a leakage of the grouting liquid by sealing an area between the top end of the injection tube and the reinforcing member. The grouting liquid injected into the punching hole penetrates into the ground and reinforces the ground. According to the present invention, by using the leakage prevention cap, airtightness between the injection tube and the reinforcing member is able to be maintained such that leakage of the grouting liquid flowing in reverse from the injection tube is able to be prevented.
본 발명은 가압식 네일링 장치에 관한 것으로서, 지반에 형성된 천공홀의 내부에 삽입되어 설치되며, 천공홀을 선택적으로 개폐하는 패커; 패커를 관통하게 설치되며, 천공홀의 내부에 그라우팅액을 주입하는 주입관; 주입관을 관통하게 설치되며, 상단은 천공홀의 외부까지 연장되고, 하단은 천공홀의 하단까지 연장되며, 지반에 작용하는 응력에 저항할 수 있는 강도를 갖는 보강재; 및 주입관의 상단에 결합되며, 주입관의 상단과 보강재 사이를 밀폐하여 주입관의 상단을 통한 그라우팅액의 누출을 방지하는 누출 방지캡을 포함하며; 천공홀에 주입된 그라우팅액은 지반에 침투되어 지반을 보강한다. 이러한 본 발명에 의하면, 누출 방지캡을 이용하여 주입관과 보강재 사이의 기밀을 유지할 수 있으므로, 주입관을 역류한 그라우팅액이 외부로 누출되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
