Nailing apparatus of pressing type
The present invention relates to a pressing type nailing device capable of reinforcing ground by pressing the ground and injecting the ground with grout. The pressing type nailing device includes: a packet including an injection space and inserted into a bored hole bored on the ground; a reinforcing liquid injection hose extended to the injection space by passing through a packet and injecting a reinforcing liquid supplied from a reinforcing liquid supply source of the outside into the injection space to compress the bored hole and be in contact with the bored hole as the packet is expanded; and a grouting liquid injection hose extended to the bored hole by passing through the packet and injecting a grouting liquid supplied from a grouting liquid supply source of the outside into the bored hole. The packet is installed in order for a part of the reinforcing liquid injected into the injection space to be selectively injected into a gap of the ground through a hole contact surface of the bored hole in contact with the packet. The packet also forms a reinforcement area reinforced by the reinforcing liquid injected into the gap of the ground, in the ground. According to the present invention, the pressing type nailing device can form the reinforcement area reinforced by the reinforcing liquid on the ground around the packet and can improve grouting effect by preventing the grouting liquid from leaking to the ground surface by blocking the flow of the grouting liquid facing the ground surface by using the reinforcement area.
본 발명은 지반을 가압 그라우팅하여 보강할 수 있는 가압식 네일링 장치에 관한 것으로서, 지반에 천공된 천공홀에 삽입되어 설치되며, 주입 공간을 구비하는 패커; 패커를 관통하여 주입 공간까지 연장되도록 설치되며, 외부의 보강액 공급원으로부터 공급된 보강액을 패커가 팽창되어 천공홀와 가압 접촉되도록 주입 공간에 주입하는 보강액 주입 호스; 및 패커를 관통하여 천공홀까지 연장되도록 설치되며, 외부의 그라우팅액 공급원으로부터 공급된 그라우팅액을 천공홀에 주입하는 그라우팅액 주입 호스를 포함하며; 패커는, 주입 공간에 주입된 보강액 중 일부를 패커와 접촉된 천공홀의 홀 접촉면을 통해 지반의 틈새로 선택적으로 주입 가능하게 마련되어, 지반의 틈새로 주입된 보강액에 의해 보강된 보강 영역을 지반에 형성한다. 이러한 본 발명은, 패커 인근의 지반에 보강액에 의해 보강된 보강 영역을 형성할 수 있으므로, 지반 표면을 향하는 그라우팅액의 유동을 보강 영역을 통해 차단하여 그라우팅액이 지반 표면으로 유출되는 것을 방지함으로써 그라우팅 효과를 향상시킬 수 있다.
